Aqua gymnastics uses the natural resistance of water for a full-body workout that promotes strength, endurance, and flexibility. The exercises are gentle on the joints and suitable for all fitness levels.

Best Ager Training is designed for older adults to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. It helps maintain an active, independent life and offers a friendly space for training together.

Full Body Stretching offers gentle exercises to match the group’s needs – calming or energizing. Whether it’s classic stretching, mobility, or fascia training, preferences are included. It boosts flexibility, eases tension, and helps recovery – for better well-being every day.

Good Morning Training wakes you up with a mix of strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises. It’s adjusted to the group’s wishes – from abs-legs-glutes to step aerobics or circuit training. A great way to start the day active and energized.

Personal Training gives you strength and fitness workouts with personal trainer support. It’s adapted to your fitness level and goals – from full-body and beginner workouts to strength or group training. The focus is on motivation and personal attention.

Step aerobics uses simple aerobic moves and a height-adjustable platform for a fun, full-body cardio workout. Tempo and intensity can be adapted to suit different fitness levels and group preferences, making it perfect for boosting endurance, burning fat, and strengthening the legs and glutes.

A gentle full-body workout that improves flexibility, strength, and relaxation through smooth movements, breathing, and meditation. Each session is adapted to your mood, experience, and energy, using yoga techniques and calming sequences. Ideal for easing stress and finding inner balance.

Gym

The TAUERN SPA has a large gym with state-of-the-art fitness machines for cardio and strength training. Large windows on all sides offer spectacular views of the mountains as you train.

Opening hours: daily from 7:00 until 21:00

Exclusive for hotel guests: On your day of arrival you can use the gym from 9:00. On all other days the gym opens at 7:00.

Recovery

Recovery is an essential part of fitness training and key when it comes to making gains and getting fitter.

Sauna and swimming are two of the best ways to recover after a workout, bike ride or run. Here at the TAUERN SPA we have a wide range of pools as well as a selection of saunas and steam rooms.
