UPDATE – 22 October 2026, 3pm
How the fraudsters obtained the booking data.
A guest management portal widely used across the hotel industry for services including pre-registration, guest information and check-out has informed us that the company was the victim of a cyberattack. According to the latest information, data relating to guests at our resort was also affected: hotel, name, mobile phone number, arrival and departure dates, and booking costs.
Together with IT security, data protection and external security specialists, we immediately initiated the necessary protective measures and suspended our collaboration with the service provider until further notice. Fraudulent activities are promptly reported to the relevant online service providers and authorities. Our own systems have been checked and show no irregularities. The operation of our hotel and thermal spa is not affected.
