Warning about fraudulent WhatsApp messages.
Fraudulent WhatsApp messages relating to hotel bookings are currently in circulation. These messages ask guests to enter personal details or credit card information via a link. Messages from our resort are sent exclusively from our official email addresses. We never request credit card details via a link in a WhatsApp message.
Please do not click on such a link or enter any details. Ignore and delete the message, then block and report the number on WhatsApp. Your booking remains valid.

How the fraudsters obtained the booking data.
A guest management portal widely used across the hotel industry for services including pre-registration, guest information and check-out has informed us that the company was the victim of a cyberattack. According to the latest information, this also affects data relating to guests at our resort: hotel, name, mobile number, arrival and departure dates, and booking costs. According to the service provider logfiles, credit card details and special categories of personal data as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR are expressly not affected.
Together with IT security, data protection and external security specialists, we immediately initiated the necessary protective measures and suspended our collaboration with the service provider until further notice. Fraudulent activities are promptly reported to the relevant online service providers and authorities. Our own systems have been checked and show no irregularities. The operation of our hotel and thermal spa is not affected.
