From 13th April 2026 to 10th May 2026, we're taking a short plunge into cold waters. The SPA water & sauna world will be completely closed during this period for an upgrade. Look forward to many exciting new highlights.

Yes, the hotel stays open throughout this period, ensuring your holiday experience is uninterrupted. - Can hotel guests use the hotel SPA areas while the SPA water & sauna world is closed?
Absolutely. The exclusive hotel panorama SPA remains fully accessible, with extended opening hours from 07.00 am to midnight (panorama saunas from 10.00 am to 09.00 pm). The hotel SPA glacier view is expected to reopen at the beginning of May 2026. - Which SPA areas and services are available during the hotel's revitalization?
Except for the SPA water and sauna world during its revitalization from 13th April to 10th May 2026, all other SPA areas are fully accessible. The Alpin Vital SPA & Kosmetik area, as well as the gym, are open. The only exception is the annual maintenance work in the hotel panorama SPA from 08th June to 12th June 2026. -
Are children allowed in the hotel panorama SPA during the refurbishment period of the SPA water & sauna world?
During the closure period, the hotel panorama SPA will remain an exclusive adults-only area. Families can enjoy the hotel SPA glacier view once it reopens at the beginning of May 2026. - What other SPA an hotel areas are available?

The revitalization will take place from 13th April 2026 to 10th May 2026. During this period, the SPA water and sauna world will be completely closed. Upgrades and new highlights are planned in the following areas:

areas and a new outdoor playground, offering even more space for playing and relaxing
