what are the opening hours of the SPA water & sauna world?

SPA Water World: Daily from 9.00 am to 09.00 pm (Pools close at 8.45 pm)
SPA Sauna World: Daily from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm

Should I book my ticket in advance?

We recommend booking your tickets online in advance to guarantee entry on your preferred date. While tickets can be purchased on-site, please be aware that entry may be restricted during weekends, public holidays and school vacation periods due to high demand.

Are towels and bathrobes included?

Towels and bathrobes are not included in regular spa tickets (except for the Relax! One Day Holiday). However, you can conveniently rent your spa equipment for a small fee at our SPA desk on-site.

I have a voucher - how long is it valid?

We provide a price guarantee for one year from the date of issue. Should the price of the selected service change after this year, the voucher can still be redeemed - in this case, only the price difference will be charged.

Do I need to print my online ticket?

To help the environment, you don't need to print your ticket. Just show the QR code on your phone when you arrive.
